The Look of Love

The Look of Love

Romantic moments are there for you every day

St. Augustine called the eyes “the windows to the soul”. Men typically look at a woman’s body first, while women tend to look at a man’s eyes, and with good reason: the eyes are the best indicators of one’s character. Not looking into someone’s eyes usually means you have something to hide.

According to an article in Psychology Today, couples who love each other a great deal spend more time making intimate eye contact than couples who love each other less. Further, when you look into someone’s eyes, they become as much aware of your feelings toward them as you become aware of their feelings toward you. It’s a beautiful, infinite feedback loop. It’s yin-yang. It is more than the sum of its parts.

Directions:

Both you and your lover need to stop whatever you’re doing, look into each other’s eyes, and just be together.

Recommended Frequency:

  • At least once a day. Even for a few minutes.

Expected Benefits:

  • Love
  • Romance
  • Happiness
