Find something in nature to notice and appreciate.
Be mindful and aware of something in nature outside of yourself. Jon Kabat-Zinn has said that Buddha’s philosophy can be summed up in one sentence: “Nothing is to be clung to as I, me or mine.” Focus on something that you can appreciate but not possess.
